As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
