As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
