As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address included customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
