As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
