As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
