As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
