As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he created his own mobile repair service for items spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to handheld maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
