As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was high time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair company for equipment spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to handheld maintenance tools like chainsaws.
