As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
