As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
