As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
