As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
