As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair service for items spanning from lawn mowers to ATVs to handheld maintenance tools like chainsaws.
