As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
