As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was high time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair service for equipment spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements like chainsaws.
