As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to address were customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
