As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
