As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was high time for a rebellion.
