As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
