As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was time for a rebellion. So, he started his own mobile repair service for items spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to handheld maintenance tools such as leaf blowers.
