As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
