As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
