As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
