As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
