As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
