As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
