As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
