As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address were customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair company for equipment spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements like chainsaws.
