As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was high time for resistance. So, he created his own mobile repair service for items spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance tools such as leaf blowers.
