As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
