As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
