As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
