As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
