As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was high time for a rebellion.
