As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
