As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
