As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
