As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
