As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
