As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
