As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
