As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
