As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to handheld maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
