As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address were customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
