As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
