As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
