As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair service for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to yard maintenance implements like chainsaws.
