As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
