As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
