As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair service for items ranging from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
